Ordering and shipping

Your orders will leave Cambridge Biologics in good condition, and they should arrive in the same condition as they were dispatched. Goods will be packed to  provide sufficient protection from handling during transit.

Biologicals are sent with cold pack to  reduce the time that they reach room temperature. It is normal for cold packs to thaw during transit. This will not affect the product as long as it is then tranferred to the appropriate storage temperature on receipt of your order.

Damaged containers must be reported to Cambridge Biologics within 24 hours of receipt.

Faulty goods must be reported to Cambridge Biologics within 30 days of receipt. You may be asked to package the goods for collection by Cambridge Biologics' couriers.
