- Specificity: Reacts specifically with E2 (CHIKV). CHK-263 neutralizes CHIKV infection mainly by blocking virus attachment and fusion. It binds to an epitope that spans across E1 and E2 and locks the heterodimer together, likely preventing structural rearrangement
- Storage: Store at 4oC, stable for 1 month from the date of shipment. For long term storage, aliquot, and freeze at -80oC. Non-hazardous. No MSDS required.
